The hotel is located in the hotel and commercial area in the northwest of the city, just one block from the state's most important mall. Renovated in 2007, this luxury hotel is housed within a contemporary, modern building covering 24,000 m². There are 5-floor main and annexe blocks with a total of 210 rooms, which include 8 junior suites, 10 suites and 2 rooms with wheelchair access.
